Bellatrix & Buttercream in Louth had something to celebrate today after receiving a 5-star food hygiene rating following their inspection.
For owner Scarlett, it was a particularly exciting result — and understandably so. A five-star rating is the highest score awarded under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme and means the business was found to have “very good” hygiene standards at the time of inspection.
The Louth-based business creates celebration cakes, cupcakes and treats, as well as catering for events.
Scarlett was delighted with the result and, we suspect, considerably more excited about seeing that shiny five-star sticker than anyone should reasonably be. ⭐
Another bit of good news for a local independent business — and definitely something worth celebrating with cake.
